• Purpose for entering the U.S. 
• Intent to become a U.S. citizen 
• Head tax status 
• Previous citizenships

 If the informations given by the immigrants are wrong, he will be send back to his own country.

With a length of 3 200 kilometers, it's very difficult to keep an eye of all the surface of the frontier which separate America and Mexico. The strategy was to situate the frontier in deserts and in no many peopled zones to try to prevent a most of immigrants.  The frontier was built in 1821 during the mexican independance and start from California to Texas.

To struggle this wave of immigrants, a huge wall was built for trying to stop a maximum of Mexicans to cross. A supervision was etablished 24/24h via webcams and the an US border control wo are always omnipresent to take control of the situation. But Americans don't have to work for the police to give some help and aware for any kind of clandestine trafic.
